How does it work?
Primarily, the process will break down into 4 distinct stages.
Stage 1: Research
When a new client reaches out to us we will implement a preliminary research and information gathering protocol. This will give us a clear idea of the focus of the business, the current state of their online and social presence, and lastly, determine if we may be of assistance to the client.
Stage 2: Discussion + Planning
Next, we will sit down with the client to discuss the company's brand identity and values. And identify any strengths and weaknesses of their current efforts to represent the business online. In this stage, we will also determine the message that the client is looking to spread to its customers and contemporaries.
We will then establish a comprehensive Engagement Strategy which encapsulates the brand’s voice, visual theme, and optimal content delivery method. Central to a successful strategy is determining a company's core message. These can range from reinforcing a brands image and story, highlighting environmental programs, social and community initiatives, giving back or simply showing a companies products and services in the best possible light.
Stage 3: Implementation
Then we put that plan into action. We will organize the creation of all necessary accounts and content to populate them. If photography or video services are required; we will tap into our network of professional creators to make it happen. We will then compile everything into a comprehensive Content Library, pair it with some top-notch copywriting that fits in with the brand's voice, and cue it up for delivery. The client will have the option of reviewing content before it is published or can simply sit back and know that their company's online presence is being handled professionally in qualified hands.
Stage 4: Management
Lastly, we transition to our ongoing management service. For Social, the management phase includes regular and frequent posting of new and engaging content, community interaction through commenting, giveaway campaigns, as well as answering questions and Direct Messages directed to the account(s). This is the most important stage, and unfortunately where many companies falter, as it truly is what makes a brand come alive online. By posting consistently engaging content on an ongoing basis and fostering an inviting community, we can expect to grow the brand's following and systematically reach new customers.
For website development, the management phase includes making regular updates to keep the site engaging, up to date, and to keep the public informed of any new products or services being offered. If the client has chosen to include a blog to their new website we will continue to create new posts on the agreed upon schedule.
